MotorDog69 challenge coins mounts are sold brand new and free of defects and are fully warrantied 3 years for workmanship and manufacturer defects from peeling, chipping, discoloring, etc.
MotorDog69 Challenge coins are sold brand new and have a 1 year warranty, free of any manufacturing defects, all enamel painted coins will eventually show signs of wear and tear, depending on your care and riding. Please do not wax these enameled coins, only use soft soap and water to clean them, also do not powerwash these coins on the bike.

All returns need original MotorDog69 sales receipt.
Returns are accepted when items are in new and unused condition.
Refunds for cash or exchange are for first 30 days only, after 30 days returns are for exchange only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, and also re-shipping back to customer.
Shipping: USA & International:
MotorDog69 normally ships within 1 - 3 days, when were on the road 1 - 5 days.
Most everything we ship is trackable in the USA, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
International Shipping: We ship by USPS Priority Small Flat rate box, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Damaged Shipment/Goods
If you receive your items damaged, please take these following steps.
1. Report the problem to your local carrier immediately and file a claim.

Special Order Items:
MotorDog69 will order any Special Order Item a customer wants. These orders can take anywhere from 10 – 21 days to complete before shipping. Special Order items are non-refundable.
