Among the most powerful words spoken on the face of the earth are those contained in the Lord's Prayer. Taught by Jesus Christ to the Apostles, it invites all to draw closer to God, to ask God's help with our daily burdens, and to forgive our mistakes as his children.
Though this is just one of the many ways the Lord's Prayer has been recited, all versions of it exemplify the relationship of all of us, who are fragile and imperfect, to the Creator, who is the source of everything, who loves us, and who has the power to bring heaven and earth together at His command.
Struck in a proprietaty brass alloy in a special process called "splash minting," this coin has exceptional detail and extra thickness.
It has been given an antique bronze finish and is imbued on the obverse with beautiful baked enamel.
